CASE WORKER
Full-Time Permanent Position
Victim Services of Middlesex-London

Make a Difference When It Matters Most

Victim Services of Middlesex-London is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and trauma-informed Case Worker to support individuals impacted by crime and tragic circumstances. If you have experience in mental health, crisis intervention, victim services, or community support, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and case management services.
  • Conduct needs assessments and safety planning.
  • Connect clients with community resources and supports.
  • Work within a trauma-informed and victim-centered framework.
  • Collaborate with community partners and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, crisis, or victimization.
  • Post-secondary education in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Victimology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and supportive services.

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
  • Reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
