Elite Counselling & Consulting Services is a small, established private practice seeking a Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor Associate Therapist.

Since 2018, we have been providing compassionate, evidence-informed therapy to individuals and couples across Ontario, with a commitment to creating a warm, supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.

We are currently seeking a clinician who is available to provide in-person services in Bowmanville, with the option to also offer virtual sessions. This opportunity may be a good fit for a therapist looking to gradually build and maintain a caseload within a collaborative private practice setting.

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) in good standing
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Availability to provide in-person therapy services in Bowmanville
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centred, trauma-informed care

Ideal areas of practice include:

  • Couples and relationship concerns
  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Perinatal mental health
  • Women's mental health
  • Trauma-informed therapy

What we offer:

  • Established small private practice environment
  • Administrative support and referral opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Beautiful in-person office space in Bowmanville, with group room available
  • Collaborative team atmosphere and clinical consultation opportunities

Please note that while referral opportunities are available, clinicians should anticipate that building a caseload may take time.

Interested applicants are invited to submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining their clinical interests, populations served, and availability.

Pay: $95.00-$120.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
