About NEK Group

NEK Group provides strategic leadership consulting and administrative services to a collection of brands across multiple stages of growth. We scale these businesses by building structure, improving execution, and solving the operational and strategic challenges that hold businesses back.

There are no limits to growth or opportunity here. NEK Group is built for scale - of our clients, our team, and our impact. Achieving that requires a high-performing, accountable team that takes ownership, moves with urgency, and holds itself to an exceptional standard.

Creativity and innovation fueling growth are at the core of what we do. We look for exceptionally smart and emotionally intelligent innovators who are tough, competitive, and feed a culture of winning. We are not afraid of candid feedback, we work just as hard in the trenches of execution as in the strategy room, and we do what is required for success, whatever that looks like.

NEK Group is ever evolving. We are building a place where talented operators, strategists, and leaders can do meaningful work, drive real outcomes, and grow alongside the businesses they help build.

Role

In this role, you will own social media across a multi-brand portfolio for e-commerce retail brands, leading both organic social strategy and paid campaigns to drive brand growth, engagement, leads, and revenue. You will create and manage content across platforms, stay ahead of trends, and optimize both creative and ad performance to maximize impact.

You will diagnose growth constraints, set clear strategies, and execute with precision - translating insights into measurable, repeatable results. This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical: strong in brand storytelling and community-building, while also confident managing paid social campaigns and Google Ads.

This is not a hands-off role. You will lead from the front in a high-performance environment where speed, testing discipline, and outcomes matter. You will build, launch, and refine content and campaigns in real time, holding yourself and others to a high bar for results.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels for multiple brands.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic social content, including posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, captions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization.
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create, present, and execute integrated social and paid media strategies tailored to different brands, audiences, and business goals.
  • Produce high volumes of creative concepts and variations for copy, hooks, visuals, and testing, while maintaining brand voice and visual consistency.
  • Maintain strong platform fluency: understand how social and ad platforms deliver content, optimize performance, and align strategy accordingly.
  • Run rigorous testing across both organic and paid channels, including creative testing, audience testing, content themes, posting approaches, and campaign structure.
  • Monitor daily performance across content and ads, making optimization decisions around budgets, bids, pacing, audience overlap, frequency, engagement, and creative fatigue.
  • Track platform updates, new features, content trends, and cultural moments, then rapidly turn them into relevant opportunities for brands.
  • Provide clear in-person reporting and performance presentations to stakeholders and team members, explaining what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
  • Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and audience sentiment, ensuring timely, brand-aligned communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, including both organic content and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven track record driving measurable business results through social media and paid advertising, including growth in engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Strong experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of how platform algorithms, audience behavior, content formats, and paid delivery systems influence performance.
  • Strong content instincts with the ability to develop compelling ideas, messaging, hooks, and creative that align with different brand voices.
  • Comfortable producing content and ad variations quickly using AI and automation, while maintaining quality, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Impeccable attention to detail: able to review and refine copy and visuals for brand alignment, factual accuracy, policy compliance, spelling, and grammar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain strategy, performance, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong systems for planning, documentation, approvals, and workflow management.

Results

  • Grow brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue across multiple brands through stronger organic social presence and high-performing paid campaigns.
  • Turn social media into a measurable growth channel by improving reach, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend.
  • Build repeatable systems that transform trends, insights, and creative testing into consistent business outcomes.
  • Identify and remove growth constraints such as creative fatigue, audience saturation, weak messaging, tracking gaps, and landing-page friction.
  • Use data - not opinions - to decide what to scale, refine, pause, or change.
  • Execute quickly, measure everything, and drive results that show up on the P&L.
  • Elevate internal playbooks, testing frameworks, content systems, and reporting to improve speed and quality over time.

Perks and Benefits

  • Fast-paced, highly professional environment of high performers.
  • Company-paid benefits plan: medical, dental, extended health, life insurance, and more.
  • Onsite parking.
  • Company events.
  • Learning budget and modern AI-enabled toolset.
