SOCCER NIKE COACHES WANTED – NIKE SOCCER CAMP

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated High-Performance Soccer Coaches to lead and deliver elite training environments throughout our Nike Soccer Summer Camp. This role is ideal for coaches with a strong background in player development, high-performance training, and a proven ability to work with competitive youth athletes.

Successful candidates will be responsible for designing and delivering structured, high-level training sessions that focus on technical excellence, tactical understanding, physical development, and the mental aspects of the game. Coaches must be confident in providing detailed, individualized feedback to players and communicating effectively with parents regarding athlete progression.

This position requires professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to developing players in a challenging yet positive environment aligned with high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, structured training sessions aligned with high-performance standards
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly training programs (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Coach and manage groups of 10–40 players based on registration numbers
  • Provide detailed technical, tactical, and physical feedback to athletes
  • Support player development through individualized coaching and mentorship
  • Lead and coach competitive skill activties drills and small games
  • Assess player performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Implement age-appropriate attacking and defending principles of play
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy training environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress and development
  • Ensure all athletes are safely signed in and out each day
  • Serve as a positive role model and leader both on and off the field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience coaching in a soccer club
  • Background in developing youth players within a structured training environment
  • Strong understanding of modern soccer methodology and periodization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver session plans independently
  • Experience working in camp or high-volume training environments is an asset

Availability

  • Must be available to work during all Nike Soccer Camp weeks (6-8 weeks total)
  • Full-day commitment required (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
