Job Overview
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Pizza Cook, where your passion for food and creativity will shine! In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. Your expertise in food handling, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques will ensure every pizza meets our standards of excellence. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
  • Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives with precision
  • Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer feedback and culinary trends
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to guarantee freshness and safety
  • Support the team during busy hours by providing excellent food service and timely meal preparation

Skills

  • Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
  • Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments enhances your candidacy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
