Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a <PERSON>at a NEW restraraunt in downtown Victoria. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, menu planning, and food safety, with a passion for culinary excellence.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
  • Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of clients.
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
  • Provide fine dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving them professionally.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques to enhance meal preparation efficiency.

Requirements
