Full-Time Year-Round Couple Position – Ski Hill Operations & Hospitality
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking couple to join our ski hill team in a full-time, year-round position. This is an excellent opportunity for a couple looking to enjoy mountain living while building a long-term role within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Position 1 – Operations & Machinery Operator
We are looking for an individual who is mechanically minded, hands-on, and experienced operating machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating snow grooming and heavy equipment machinery
- Performing general mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with lift and facility maintenance
- Snow clearing, groundskeeping, and property upkeep
- Supporting year-round mountain operations and projects
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience operating machinery or heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Position 2 – Hospitality & Resort Support
We are seeking a flexible and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a variety of hospitality and guest service roles.
Responsibilities include:
- Café and food service support
- Office administration and guest reception
- Housekeeping and accommodation cleaning
- Assisting with guest services and resort operations
- Supporting multiple departments as required throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Friendly and customer-service oriented
- Flexible and willing to work across different roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or cleaning experience considered an asset
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
