In addition, you will support employees and leaders through key stages of the disability and return-to-work process, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers, to facilitate safe and sustainable reintegration into the workplace.

Why Join Medavie?

  • Support targeted mental health and resilience initiatives for priority employee groups (e.g., paramedics) across specific operating companies
  • Identify new opportunities using data, feedback, and trends, and recommend initiatives to enhance the overall wellbeing program
  • Build business cases to support new initiatives and lead the end-to-end execution, from planning through implementation and sustainment
