From the iconic Halifax Donair and signature Garlic Fingers to delicately prepared Mini Lobster Rolls and perfectly crisp Fish & Chips, every offering is complemented by a curated selection of craft beers and expertly crafted cocktails.

Bartender Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Use great customer service skills to give amazing experience to all guests in the restaurant
  • Learn and memorize all of our food and beverage menu items
  • Use your knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make great suggestions for guests and answer all menu related questions
  • Understand and adhere to all of the B&G policies and procedures
  • Understand and embrace the B&G culture and values
  • Assist kitchen with packing and distribution of pickup and delivery orders
  • Have a clean-as-you-go mindset
  • Be team oriented and have great communication skills
  • Assist all front of house employees with running food, table maintenance, seating, taking payments, etc.
  • Learn and complete opening and closing duties properly
  • Have a passion for providing East Coast Hospitality!
  • Prepare and execute cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
  • Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and cleanliness throughout each shift
  • Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations and create memorable guest experiences
  • Support beverage quality, organization, and operational excellence behind the bar
