Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
  • Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
  • Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients and beverages are available for service.
  • Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety.

Skills

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on serving or bartending preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
