Virtual Receptionist / Client Care AgentRemote - Med Spa Communications (MSC)

We are growing FAST and hiring immediately for multiple remote positions.

At Med Spa Communications, we act as the virtual front desk for medical spas and wellness clinics across Canada and the United States.

This is not a basic call center role.

Our agents handle:

  • Incoming calls
  • Appointment booking
  • Lead follow-up
  • SMS & live chat
  • Social media inboxes
  • Patient support
  • Light admin tasks

You are often the FIRST impression a patient has of the business.

We are looking for people who:
