Are you the mechanic everyone calls when nobody else can figure it out?

Quick Shift HD Mechanical Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic / Shop Foreman with strong diagnostic abilities to join our growing team. We need someone who can lead by example, tackle complex repairs, and help keep our busy shop operating efficiently.

If you thrive on solving electrical issues, troubleshooting modern truck systems, and taking ownership of repairs from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Advanced diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Electrical, CAN Bus, sensor, and communication system troubleshooting
  • Engine, aftertreatment, hydraulic, and drivetrain repairs
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) inspections
  • Fleet maintenance and repair
  • Mentoring and assisting technicians with difficult diagnostic challenges
  • Helping manage workflow and productivity within the shop

What We're Looking For

Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic
Valid CVIP License (Required)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with modern truck electronics and software diagnostics
Leadership abilities and Foreman experience considered an asset
Self-starter who can work independently
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
