We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Manager to join our team. You will mainly be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our shipping and distribution strategy as well as assist in daily production schedules.

This is a key managerial role that oversees the daily operation of an OUTDOOR storage yard. This role is responsible for traffic management of 25-50 trucks DAILY ensuring accurate and timely receipt and delivery of orders.

What you will do:

· Accurately receive, count, inspect & record all inbound customer products.

· Participate in maintaining tight control and complete segregation of customer owned products entrusted to us

· Assist in, and contribute to, the formulation of the daily production schedule that balances customer delivery requirements with production efficiency.

· Effectively interface and communicate with Customers, Production Personnel, and Managerial Staff.

· Prepare shipping documents, arrange third party transportation, and notify customers of completed orders.

· Comprehend and communicate any customer specific requirements to production and quality control personnel.

What you will bring:

· Experience in a production coordinator/ assistant shipper role

· Basic MS Office skills
