Kohltech Windows & Entrance Systems is one of Canada’s largest window and door manufacturers, with production facilities in Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Alberta. With over 40 years of history, the company has built strong customer and employee relationships. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Atlantic and Central Canada customer service and warranty teams and operations within these departments.

We are looking for a Shipping Supervisor responsible for providing support to our shipping team.

Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for:

· Managing the incoming flow of finished product into the shipping area.

· Making sure the handling, packaging and loading procedures are followed.

· Scheduling fleets pickup with carriers.

· Training and the safety of the shipping staff.

· Planning resources and execute to the shipping schedule on a daily basis.

· Maintaining accuracy of inventory and location.

· Supporting Accounting with Month end activities and tracking delivery cost.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Supply Chain will be considered an asset but not necessary.

· Shipping experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset.

· Previous leadership experience of 1 year.

· Customer service experience.

· Strong computer knowledge and experience with Excel.
