Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled sheet metal fabricator proficient in sheet stainless fabrication to join our team. The fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to engineering schematics. This position is mainly food service equipment fabrication.

Duties
- Fabricate metal components using various tools and equipment including TIG welding
- Assemble fabricated parts to build complete structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform metal finishing tasks as needed

-Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts according to specifications

Skills
- Strong ability to fabricate and assemble metal components
- Experience with stainless finishing processes
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Forklift operation skills are an asset.

-Aluminum welding skills are an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Stainless steel finishing: 2 years (preferred)
  • TIG Welding: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
