we take pride in our workmanship, leadership, and strong team culture. We are currently seeking an experienced Travelling Sheet Metal Foreman to lead crews on projects across Ontario & Nova Scotia .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead sheet metal crews on Development Housing, Commercial and industrial projects.
  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Plan material, equipment, and manpower requirements.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor apprentices and promote a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Sheet Metal Worker (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead hand.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and sheet metal systems.
  • Ability to travel and work on projects across Ontario.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
