Full job description

Job Summary
Yawa Skits is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries, provide administrative support, and help maintain a positive experience for our audience and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, general support requests, and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks when required
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Provide information regarding company services, content platforms, and general company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Support various administrative and operational tasks as assigned
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support while developing valuable professional skills.

Pay: $19.58-$24.31 per hour
