Kitchen Staff Job Posting – Front Line / Back of House

Position: Part-Time Kitchen Staff
Location: Aleppo Kebab – Mississauga

Job Description

Aleppo Kebab is hiring experienced kitchen staff for part-time positions. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Positions Available

Front Line:

  • Shawarma Station
  • Kebab & Grill Station
  • Oven Station
  • Sandwich Preparation

Back of House:

  • Kitchen Prep
  • Food Preparation
  • Dishwashing
  • Kitchen Support

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required.
  • Must be available to work long shifts, including late-night, overnight, and early-morning shifts.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
  • Operate assigned kitchen stations.
  • Maintain food quality and consistency.
  • Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Complete assigned duties and assist with opening and closing when needed.

Training Process

Selected candidates will be required to complete a training period before a final hiring decision is made. Training will be used to evaluate work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to perform the job.

Pay: $17.90 per hour
