We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead the service department of our equipment dealership. This role oversees daily service operations, manages technicians, ensures high-quality repairs, and delivers excellent customer service while driving efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations for equipment repair, maintenance, and warranty work
  • Schedule, supervise, and support technicians to ensure efficient, quality, safe workflow
  • Communicate with customers regarding estimates, timelines, and service needs
  • Manage warranty claims, service documentation, and manufacturer communication
  • Monitor labor efficiency, profitability, and overall shop performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in service management or a lead technician role (equipment, automotive, or heavy-duty preferred)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
