Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support our growing Amazon and Ecommerce business.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who has experience using Amazon Seller Central and wants to further develop their Ecommerce skills. The successful candidate will assist with Amazon listings, content updates, keyword optimization, reporting, and marketplace operations, while also supporting customer service and order management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon & Ecommerce Operations

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
  • Upload and update product content, including images, product descriptions, bullet points, A+ Content, and product attributes
  • Assist with keyword optimization and listing improvements to help increase product visibility and conversion
  • Support new product launches and catalogue updates through Amazon Seller Central
  • Monitor and resolve basic listing issues, suppressions, and content updates
  • Generate and review marketplace reports and assist with performance tracking
  • Perform bulk product updates using Excel and marketplace upload templates
  • Assist with general product data management and ecommerce operations

Customer Service & Order Operations

  • Manage customer service across Shopify, email inboxes, and Amazon Seller Central
  • Respond to customer inquiries, order issues, and general support requests
  • Process refunds, returns, cancellations, and reshipments
  • Create return labels and replacement orders as needed
  • Create and manage Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders
  • Submit reimbursement claims to Amazon and shipping carriers
  • Support shipping operations and assist with order-related troubleshooting

Qualifications

Required

  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in both written and verbal interactions

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and working with large datasets

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Ecommerce SEO, keywords, and listing optimization
  • Experience with bulk upload templates and product data management
  • Knowledge of professional sports leagues and licensed sports merchandise
  • Interest in sports, fan apparel, and Ecommerce

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
