Full job description

Denroche & Associates is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. As a member of the team you will provide essential support to the office, the staff and its clientele.

Duties :

§ Manage the telephone inquiries

§ Greet clients & visitors

§ Manage mail, faxes & couriers

§ Open new files

§ Assist with reports and filling

§ Assist with daily delivery and pick-up service for the Firm

§ Maintain and re-stock the office supplies

§ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

§ Fast learner

§ Proficient spoken and written English

§ Ability to multi-task

§ Organized, systematic and with attention to detail

§ Strong work ethic

§ Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and in person

§ Good typing and computer skills / ability to operate a variety of office equipment

§ Proficient with Microsoft Office

§ Grade 12 Diploma

§ Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Term :

This is a full-time (35h/week) position.
