Position: Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Conception Bay South

Number of Positions: 1

Salary: $42K to $52K Per year depending on qualification

Summary

R&R HVAC And Controls is recruiting for a Service Coordinator for our on-site operation in Conception Bay South NL

In this role you will be providing support for the day-to-day operation of a busy HVAC and Controls Service Company.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage existing Preventative Maintenance Service Program.
  • Schedule Technicians for completion of work as per existing service contracts
  • Manage Warranty Claims to the complete satisfaction of our Clients.
  • Dispatch Technicians for service calls on a daily basis.
  • Manage the documentation as it applies to the Service and Maintenance programs.
  • Prepare Reports as required to track Team performance.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy files for all documentation to and from the Customer.
  • Manage Contractor Due Diligence Requirements
  • Manage contract renewals.
  • Interact with other companies and departments as required to fulfil the duties of the position.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft office suite including an excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Experience

  • Experience in office administration or document management in a Maintenance or HVAC environment is preferred, but equivalent education & experience will be considered.

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited program with a Diploma in Contract Administration, Business administration or related field.
  • Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in Quick Books would be a definite asset

Working Conditions

  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Normal office environment
  • Monday to Friday (8:00 - 4:30) with ½ hour for lunch
  • This is not a remote position

Physical Demands

  • Visual concentration while working on computer screens for long periods
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Repetitive physical actions as related to office work
