Automotive Service Advisor :

Race Toyota in Lindsay has an opening to join our amazing service team as an Automotive Service Advisor. We offer competitive wages, sales bonuses, great working hours, with Medical benefits available. We are a dealership with a great reputation and looking for someone to provide an excellent service experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of services provided.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all computer systems are updated with customer information and service history

Qualifications

  • Mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities
  • Previous experience in a dealership would be an asset
  • Proficient in upselling and cash handling
  • Competent computer skills for managing service records and customer interactions

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
