Now Hiring: Part Time Server – Ramen Arashi Langford

We’re building a high-performance front-of-house team and are looking for experienced Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Shifts & Employment Type
Lunch: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dinner: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-time or full-time (depending on performancy)

Must-Have Qualities

  • 1 year experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
  • Strong sense of urgency — we don’t wait for guests to wave us over
  • Confident handling both table service and phone orders
  • Comfortable rushing during peak hours and staying calm under pressure
  • Natural team player – always ready to jump in and support others
  • Strong work ethic – the day doesn’t end until the job is done
  • Efficiency-minded – always looking for ways to do things better (without cutting corners)
  • Outgoing and positive personality – our energy sets the tone
  • Genuine interest in Japanese culture and service standards

Note: If you're looking for a laid-back job where you can coast — this isn’t it. Expect to go home tired, proud, and part of something real.
