Capri Gelateria is looking for a Store Manager for our Ancaster, ON location. The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store including sales, inventory management, customer service, and organizational support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain high quality product through proper merchandising
• Supervise staff to ensure store is running smoothly and efficiently
• Demonstrate understanding of customers’ needs and preferences
• Monitor store inventory to ensure quality and quantity requirements are met
• Deal with any issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Report all issues, complaints etc to office or management to ensure resolution
• Stay updated with new products and services
• Comply with all policies and procedures in relation to job description

Skills & Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• Hands on experience with inventory control and sales principles
• Familiarity with new products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage large amounts of people at different levels in the organization
• Data processing skills

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ancaster, ON L9G 2H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 3 years (required)

Language:

• French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
