Full job description

We are seeking skilled, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team at Charminar Burlington. The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience to every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Deliver attentive, professional, and courteous service throughout the guests’ dining experience.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and available food and beverage options.
  • Assist guests in selecting dishes and drinks based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and staff.
  • Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all items meet the restaurant’s service and presentation standards.
  • Clear and clean tables, sanitize dining surfaces, and prepare seating areas for incoming guests.
  • Prepare tables, arrange cutlery, glassware, and other dining essentials before service begins.
  • Prepare and present guest bills accurately, process payments, and handle transactions professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and consistently high service standards.
