HIRING: Senior Fine Dining Servers

About Us:

Convivium Dining Community is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of downtown Toronto, offering a sophisticated dining experience rooted in culinary excellence and world-class service. We are building a team of seasoned hospitality professionals who can uphold the highest standards of fine dining.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Fine Dining Servers who have excelled in fast-paced, high-end restaurant environments.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through expert menu and wine knowledge, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean and well-organized section, anticipating guest needs at every stage.
  • Guide guests through our Mediterranean culinary offerings with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Collaborate closely with Front and Back of House teams to ensure seamless, polished service.
  • Uphold all food safety, cleanliness, and fine dining service standards without compromise.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven fine dining experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Deep understanding of wine service, Mediterranean cuisine, and sophisticated service protocols.
  • Polished communication skills and a professional, engaging presence.
  • Acute attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs proactively.
  • Physical stamina to work long shifts, including carrying trays and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
  • Smart Serve Certification (required).

Preferred Assets:

  • Formal wine training (e.g., WSET Level 1/2) or advanced wine knowledge.
  • Mixology
  • Experience opening or working in newly launched fine dining establishments.
