Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position is full time including weekends and holidays. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, including kitchen support during busy periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while following food safety guidelines.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Basic cashiering skills are beneficial for handling payments accurately.
