  • Analyze sales performance, customer profitability, product margins, pricing strategies, and business trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages including variance analysis, profitability reporting, and KPI dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while working closely with operational leaders.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth, gross margin, operating efficiency, inventory performance, and working capital metrics.
  • Perform product costing, labor analysis, pricing analysis, and inventory analysis to support decision-making across the business.
  • Translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, business processes, systems, and financial visibility across the organization.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives as required.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and accounting activities as needed.
  • Provide backup support to members of the finance team during vacations, peak periods, and special projects.
  • Build strong working relationships across both Canadian and U.S. operations and serve as a trusted business partner to the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, or management reporting.
