Mr. Mike’s Plumbing is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our operations team.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced service environments, enjoys solving problems quickly, and takes pride in maintaining organized systems. The position plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service while helping our technicians operate efficiently throughout the day.

Mr. Mike’s Plumbing was founded in 2014 with a clear goal: provide Calgary homeowners with reliable, transparent plumbing service where customers never feel ignored, delayed, or surprised by hidden costs.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and an essential part of keeping daily service operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, coordinate technician dispatching, and maintain accurate customer records. Your work ensures that our technicians are scheduled efficiently and that customers receive clear communication throughout their service experience.

The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication
  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear solutions
  • Book service appointments accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct outbound calls when required

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on job priority, skillset, and location
  • Maintain an organized dispatch board
  • Ensure technicians have full and efficient daily schedules
  • Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates to customers

Administrative Support

  • Process payments and invoices
  • Support accounts receivable and collections processes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job notes
  • Classify recorded calls and maintain call records
  • Send invoices, service reminders, and customer communications

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Dispatching or Service Titan experience considered an asset
  • Accounts receivable or collections experience considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance

Work Environment

  • In-office position located in Southeast Calgary
  • Participation in on-call rotation approximately every four weeks
