Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

About the Role
Second Cup and Pita Pit are looking for a dependable and energetic Overnight Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in a clean, organized workplace, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Prepare coffee, beverages, and fresh food items
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Restock merchandise and supplies
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, dining room, and equipment
  • Complete overnight cleaning and preparation for the morning shift
  • Follow food safety, health, and company standards
  • Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Previous retail, café, restaurant, or convenience store experience is an asset, but not required
