Job Overview:
This is a temporary seasonal position running from May to September 2026. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Server supports the delivery of high-quality, member-focused dining service across the Club’s restaurant and patio operations by assisting with service flow, maintaining dining room standards, and ensuring tables and service areas are consistently clean, organized, and prepared to support a seamless member experience.

Hourly wage range:
$18.50 – $19.00, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
The following highlights the key responsibilities associated with this role, including but not limited to:
  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive table service to Club Members and guests in accordance with established service standards.
  • Greet Members promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, monitoring pacing and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Maintain responsibility for assigned tables from seating through payment, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
  • Anticipate Member needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Process guest checks accurately and efficiently in accordance with Club procedures.
  • Adhere to Smart Serve requirements and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas during service.
  • Work collaboratively with Server Assistants, Hosts, and kitchen staff to support overall service flow.
  • Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and Club policies at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Energetic and service-oriented individual.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Smart Serve Certification – required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
