Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. You will utilize your core skills in food service and handling to take orders, serve food, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Your proficiency in POS systems and time management will aid in efficient order processing and guest interactions. With a focus on hospitality and upselling, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the overall success of our restaurant. • Responsibilities
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems for processing.Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.Handle cash and process payments, ensuring accurate transactions and providing excellent customer service.Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.QualificationsPrevious serving experience of 4 years requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and cash-handling skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periodsUpdated Smart ServeOur Core Values:
