Full job description

This Full time possibly leading to f position supports youth to live successfully in a home setting and within the community. The Residential child and youth worker ensures that youth physical, emotional, medication, social, educational, and medical needs are met.
Duties
* Assist with case management by identifying triggers, potential problems and reporting any difficulties.
* Advocate for youth to healthcare professionals and within the community.
* Administer medication and PRN's in accordance with established policy.
* Follow all protocols as required (e.g. Medical, nutritional, crisis intervention, and emergency protocols.

Cooking, cleaning.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH VIOLENT YOUTH AND WORK SOME WEEKENDS.

Requirements
Community support worker certificate or approved equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience
Class 4 drivers license-Clean driving record
First aid, CPR, Food safe, FOIPPA, WHMIS,
HUB Clearance
Position is Full-time
