Job summary
The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds and equipment. This role includes basic manual repairs and upkeep for various areas of the property.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic manual repairs related to buildings and/or grounds.
- Perform general upkeep which can include painting, and/or groundskeeping.
- Clean external areas (e.g., parking lots, sidewalks, entranceways, exits).
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks.
- Complete and maintain related records such as maintenance logs.
- Communicate repair needs to management.
- Ensure all maintenance tools and cleaning equipment are maintained regularly.
- Report any observed or potential hazards immediately.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic manual repairs related to buildings and/or grounds.
- Perform general upkeep which can include painting, and/or groundskeeping.
