In this Part-time role at our Scarborough branch, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while helping our clients reach their beauty goals. But that’s not all – we’re looking for someone who can go beyond the basics by excelling in upselling services, building strong client loyalty, and driving clinic sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional image while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, client-centered setting.
  • Conduct engaging client consultations, using your expertise to recommend personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.
  • Confidently upsell additional treatments and products, surpassing sales targets while maintaining a high closing ratio.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they return for more treatments and refer others.
  • Deliver a range of cutting-edge treatments, including laser hair removal, Morpheus8, Microneedling, Skin Mapping, and more.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, high-energy clinic environment where clients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and client data efficiently using CRM/booking software.

Who You Are:

  • A certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution.
  • You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Your passion for aesthetics is matched by your ability to upsell and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and clinic growth.
  • You thrive on building strong connections with clients and your team, fostering a positive, results-driven atmosphere.
  • You’re adaptable and able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
  • You're tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
