Full job description

Who We Are:
Reside Management is a progressive and innovative residential property management company based in Vancouver, B.C. We specialize in the leasing and management of single-unit homes across the Lower Mainland. Our company is built on a consumer-first approach, industry-leading processes, and a commitment to exceptional results.

We’re growing and looking for a full-time Property Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally across phone, email, text, and WhatsApp, and can think on their feet. This role works closely with our accounting and licensed property management team to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property showings and process rental applications.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Collect and organize onboarding documents for new tenants and landlords.
  • Set up and update tenant and landlord profiles in the property management software.
  • Prepare and send tenant notices, including rent increases, landlord sales notices, and other required tenancy-related notices.
  • Receive, sort, scan, and digitally file incoming mail and property-related correspondence.
  • Prepare invoices, scan agreements, and manage digital lease files.
  • Coordinate and conduct move-in, move-out, and annual inspections under the supervision of a licensed property manager.
  • Ensure security deposits are returned within 15 days in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Communicate with vendors to coordinate repair and maintenance requests.
  • Schedule inspections and coordinate with tenants and the inspection team.
  • Update internal trackers and maintain accurate key inventory records.
  • Manage tenant one-month notices to vacate and coordinate next steps to ensure the property is rent-ready for the next tenant.
  • Track and ensure strata move-in and move-out fees are paid.
  • This role requires weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate or property management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with strata buildings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; responsive by call, text, and WhatsApp
  • Quick learner who can think independently and stay calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and rental software (e.g., Buildium)
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an asset
  • Valid B.C. driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • BCFSA rental property management license is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to follow BCFSA guidelines and work under supervision of licensed property managers when conducting inspections
