The role mainly includes caring for an elderly gentleman, occasionally helping with childcare, and assisting my mother or other family members with household tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment. We welcome applications from qualified caregivers currently in Canada, including foreign workers. For the right candidate, we are open to supporting an LMIA/work permit application following a successful trial period, where eligible. Please do NOT ignore the instructions in the How to Apply section below.

Location: Square One Area, Mississauga, ON, Canada

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily personal care.
  • Assist with repositioning and mobility using a Hoyer lift and wheelchair.
  • Administer medications and monitor health.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.

Benefits

The caregiver's compensation will be approximately $3,100 to $3,400 per month. In addition:

  • Free live-in accommodation valued at approximately $1,500 per month for the duration of the contract.
  • This is a live-in position requiring you to reside in the patient's home 6 days per week.
  • For qualified candidates already in Canada requiring employer sponsorship, LMIA support may be available following a successful trial period, subject to eligibility and government approval.

If you are a compassionate caregiver with a strong commitment to providing quality care, we encourage you to apply.
