THE ROLE

As a Maintenance & Facilities Attendant, you'll help maintain the Five-Star Standard our members expect from Corten.

This is a hands-on, active position where no two shifts are exactly the same.

You'll move throughout the club maintaining our fitness spaces, studios, locker rooms, washrooms, sauna and recovery areas, member spaces, and other areas of the facility.

You'll also work alongside our leadership and operations teams to identify issues before they become problems and help keep the club operating at its best.

This isn't simply about cleaning. It's about taking ownership of the environment our members experience every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain a Five-Star Facility

Keep our club exceptionally clean, organized, polished, and member-ready throughout your entire shift.

This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, dusting, and maintaining floors and surfaces throughout the facility.

Locker Rooms, Washrooms & Recovery Spaces

Maintain washrooms, locker rooms, showers, sauna, and recovery spaces to an exceptional standard, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and regularly inspecting these areas throughout your shift.

Glass, Mirrors & High-Touch Surfaces

Maintain mirrors, windows, doors, fixtures, and glass surfaces so they remain clean, polished, and streak-free.

Regularly sanitize equipment and high-touch surfaces throughout the club.

Laundry & Towel Operations

Manage the laundering, folding, distribution, collection, and stocking of towels to ensure members always have access to clean towels—even during our busiest periods.

Club Presentation

Walk the facility with a critical eye.

You'll help ensure equipment is organized, member areas are tidy, garbage is removed, supplies are stocked, and every area of the club is consistently presentation-ready.

Light Facilities Maintenance

Identify and assist with minor maintenance needs and repairs and communicate larger facility concerns to leadership promptly.

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, hotels, fitness facilities, housekeeping, property maintenance, or similar environments is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active, hands-on role.

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting throughout their shift
• Carrying cleaning supplies, laundry, garbage, and other materials
• Moving quickly and efficiently throughout a large facility
• Completing repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Working independently for portions of their shift

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Candidates should have flexibility to work a combination of:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekends

Weekend availability is important for this position.
