McDougall Auctioneers is seeking a dedicated, versatile team member for a Real Estate Sales Representative. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily entail being on the road, based out of our Emerald Park office. The incumbent should anticipate traveling approximately 70% of the time.

Job Description:

  • Visiting existing and potential customers to discuss real estate auction sales.
  • Input data into our internal database.
  • Work with our advertising department to maximize sale exposure.
  • Communicate with customers, provide customer service, supply quotes and build a strong relationship between the customer and the Company.
  • Researching customer needs and identifying how our solutions can support them.
  • Participate in trade shows as required/requested.
  • Cold calling
  • Executing auction contracts
  • Executing real estate listings and taking sale photos, including aerial via drone

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Sales experience and entrepreneurial mind set would be a definite asset.

· Real Estate experience preferred, but training is available to capable applicants.

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

· Skill in meeting stringent deadlines.

· A high level of motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.

· Attention to detail and high level of follow through.

· Capacity to work autonomously.

· A clean driving record.

· Flexibility to work in varied environments, both indoors and outdoors.

· Travelling approximately 70% of the time.

Salary and Benefits:

· Full-time, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
