Full job description

We bring locally sourced premium proteins, including fish and seafood, directly to communities in Calgary. Our Sales Reps go door-to-door, connect with Calgarians, and get them to try local, Alberta-sourced products.

Meat Guyz/Meat Girlz is a Calgary company built on over 30 years of door-to-door local sourcing experience. We're looking for independent, results-driven Sales Professionals ready to grow fast in a performance-based role.

Sales Reps are expected to:

  • Encourage people to support local business and farms by showing our products and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and payment software.
  • Organize their own schedule, be reliable, and stay consistent.
  • Cultivate a sustainable customer base.

Success will require:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Technical literacy. With training, being able to learn, understand, and use our tools and software.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
