Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Waste Equipment Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our waste equipment solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B relationships, and technical sales, with a focus on customer service and business development.This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing innovative waste management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits of waste equipment solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in waste equipment.
  • Provide technical support and consultation during the sales process to address customer needs effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, account management, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the waste management or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to technology or equipment sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
