Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
-
Lead talent development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning activities.
Here's What You’ll Need

-
Minimum 7+ years in a people leadership role managing large teams and/or multi-disciplinary delivery organizations.
-
Proven experience developing and selling large-scale content operations, managed services, or digital production solutions.
