Brunswick Lift Rentals is growing and remains committed to providing our customers with reliable equipment solutions and exceptional service. We are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for our Charlottetown branch. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and contributing directly to branch growth.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, online, and in person.
- Prepare rental quotations, reservations, contracts, renewals, and orders accurately.
- Recommend equipment, contractor supplies, and services that best meet customer needs.
- Build and grow customer accounts through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
- Complete outbound customer calls to support business development and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, quotes, leads, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Service, and Outside Sales teams to support customer commitments.
- Help maintain a professional, customer-ready branch environment while supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain CRM and customer records accurately.
- Ability to work legally in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial, or customer-facing sales environments.
- Experience using CRM, rental management, or sales tracking systems.
- Knowledge of aerial lift, material-handling, construction, or contractor equipment.
- Experience supporting sales growth, outbound calling, or account development.
