Full job description

Earn $100K–$130K+ selling renovations and custom homes—warm leads only, for a 15-year award-winning Vancouver builder.

No cold-call grind. No lead-generation quota to survive on. You'll meet with homeowners who have already contacted us about mid-market renovation and custom home projects ($100K–$300K+), run the sales process from first consultation to signed contract, and get paid a percentage of every deal you close.

We're Vancouver General Contractors—15 years in business, Georgie Award winner, Best of Houzz, Baeumler Approved, and BBB accredited. We have more qualified leads than we can currently handle. That's why this role exists.

The money, plainly:

  • Base salary: $50K–$65K depending on experience
  • Commission: uncapped percentage of every deal you close
  • On-target earnings: $100K–$130K+ per year (this is what our comp plan is built to pay a solid performer hitting a $3M annual target—achievable with our warm lead flow and sales support)
  • Full benefits: extended health, dental, vision

What you'll do:

  • Close warm leads. Homeowners who've already reached out to us. Site visits, office consultations, discovery calls, and moving projects to signed contracts.
  • Own the client experience. Prepare scopes, coordinate with our build team, and deliver an exceptional experience from the first meeting through handoff to our project managers.
  • Build your network. Nurture relationships with architects, designers, and contractors across Metro Vancouver. You're the point person; the owner stays involved on strategy and qualifies larger projects alongside you.
  • Stay visible. Trade shows, industry events, and community engagement to keep the pipeline full.

Who we're looking for:

  • A proven high-ticket closer. 5+ years closing complex, big-ticket deals — you've personally closed deals in the $150K–$500K range, ideally in residential construction, renovation, or B2B sales of complex projects.
  • A relationship-builder first. You win by earning trust and deepening connections, not by pressure.
  • Calm under pressure. Construction has complications. You think creatively and find solutions.
  • Self-managed. You run your own calendar, follow up relentlessly, and hit targets without being micromanaged.
  • Comfortable with technology. MS Office, CRM platforms, and estimating software (we'll train you on our specific tools).
  • BC construction knowledge is a bonus—building codes, permit timelines, trade relationships.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for site visits.

How we work:

This is an 8–5 role with evening/weekend flexibility for client meetings and networking events — normal for high-ticket sales, but we're not looking for 80-hour-week hustle culture. You'll report directly to the owner and work closely with our project managers and designers on a small, tight team. Clear roles, clear expectations: we handle strategy and the architect relationships at the top; you own lead management and relationship nurturing.

Benefits:

Extended health care, dental care, vision care, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, company events, casual dress, on-site parking.

How to apply:

Send your resume with a short note answering two things: (1) the most recent high-ticket deal you personally closed — what it was, roughly what it was worth, and how you won it; and (2) why construction/renovation sales specifically. Applications without the note won't be prioritized.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • Flexible schedule
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • On-site parking
  • Vision care
