What we offer
The Cabinetry Sales Administrator coordinates cabinetry and millwork projects between builders, customers, design, manufacturing, installation, and logistics teams, from quotation through post-installation support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers outstanding customer experiences through strong coordination and attention to detail.

What you’ll do
  • Own assigned Mattamy and external builder cabinetry projects from quotation through post-installation support, ensuring pricing, specifications, schedules, and records remain accurate and complete.
  • Develop quotations and pricing proposals, apply approved cabinetry layouts to individual lots, process upgrade selections, and prepare confirmed specifications for release to production.
  • Act as the key point of contact among customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are clearly understood and executed.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing ongoing, responsive service, and product samples, finish selections, and materials to support customer decisions and sales presentations.
  • Relay customer feedback, builder requirements, and requests for new products, finishes, or configurations to the design team to inform catalogue development and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of prospective customers and opportunities, contributing to sales forecasting by keeping data current and communicating assumptions to sales leadership, and using POS, ERP, and CRM systems to process orders and maintain accurate product data.
  • Coordinate production, delivery, and installation schedules with builders, manufacturing, installers, and logistics partners, flagging conflicts that could affect project milestones.
  • Track project progress, communicating updates, delays, and action items to stakeholders, and provide post-installation support by documenting and resolving deficiencies and service requests, while managing multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordination, project coordination, or customer-facing role, preferably within construction, millwork, cabinetry, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the homebuilding process, with the ability to speak confidently to cabinetry capabilities and coordinate across sales, design, production, and delivery schedules to drive seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with POS, ERP, and CRM systems; comfort learning and adapting to new business technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing accuracy.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to manage builder and customer relationships independently.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a track record of meeting targets while taking full ownership of individual responsibilities.

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, or CRM hygiene in a volume-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Ontario's new-home residential construction market, builder processes, or decor centre operations.
  • Experience working inside a builder's design centre or selections programme.
  • Proficiency with project management or scheduling tools such as Procore, BuilderTrend, or equivalent.
  • Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) designation.
  • MBA or master's degree in a related discipline.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000–$73,500. Actual pay may vary depending on your job related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside of this rate and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
