Goettlers of Dublin has been serving the southwestern Ontario area for 75 years with furniture and design services. We are proud of the fact that 3 generations of families have been shopping with us!

We are currently seeking an Sales Associate / Interior Decorator for our sales team. Our mindset is that through our design services we help our customers make their homes beautiful!.

Our sales team takes pride in what they do. They are thoughtful, mindful and detail oriented to help customers bring their inspiration to life. This dedication is why we have built our 75 year old business on repeat customers! If you have dedication, drive and motivation to excel and be the best of the best we want to meet you!

You will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom with their room plans, colour scheme as well as furniture, fabric and home accent selection. Your main focus will include driving sales through decorating assistance, providing remarkable customer service and creating a positive experience for our clientele.

This position involves weekends. Compensation involves base plus commission. With the commission package and a drive to sell it is achievable to earn $25-$32 per hour. With drive and motivation to build business there is no cap on what you can earn!

We provide ongoing training for our sales associates. If you are motivated and possess drive you will be provided with the knowledge, resources and support to ensure your ongoing success throughout your career with Goettlers of Dublin. We are a company with a growth mindset.

Prior sales experience is an asset. You must be a Certified Interior Decorator/Designer or enrolled in an Interior Decorator / Design program. You must be a dynamic individual, driven to sell and possess a customer first mind set. You must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and demonstrate exemplary communication abilities.
