Full job description

Nova Spray is seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to help grow our GoNano Roof Rejuvenation division.

We are the leading provider of roof rejuvenation services in Atlantic Canada, helping homeowners extend the life of their asphalt shingle roofs at a fraction of the cost of replacement. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a proven closer who can meet with homeowners, build trust, and convert qualified opportunities into sales.

Unlike solar, HVAC, roofing - this market is entirely uncapped and unsaturated. We've firmly positioned our company as the leaders in the space and this is a huge opportunity for the right individual who is ready to seize it...will it be you?...

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home consultations
  • Perform roof assessments and educate customers on the benefits of roof rejuvenation
  • Prepare and present estimates
  • Follow up on leads and close sales
  • Build referral relationships and generate additional opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer records
  • Represent Nova Spray professionally and uphold our reputation in the market

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales and closing deals
  • Experience with in-home consultation style selling
  • Home services sales experience is considered a strong asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to educate homeowners and confidently ask for the sale
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

You understand how to build trust with homeowners, uncover their needs, overcome objections, and guide them toward a confident decision. You've likely worked in a commission-based environment and know that your income is directly tied to your performance.

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions.
