  • Monitor service bookings, delivery schedules, outstanding orders, and customer commitments, proactively communicating updates and addressing scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Operations, Showroom & System Management:
  • Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads, track sales opportunities, document customer interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain professional showroom presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring products are properly displayed, priced, labelled, and ready for customer demonstrations.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about equipment features and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with branch management, outside sales representatives, technicians, logistics, inventory, and operations teams to support efficient service delivery.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely communication and a positive customer experience.

  • Previous experience with or knowledge of mobility products, assistive equipment, and home accessibility solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and standard computer applications to manage sales pipelines, customer relationships, service bookings, and deliveries.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated commitment to achieving targets and following through on opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • A genuine interest in helping people find solutions that support mobility, accessibility, safety, and independence.
