Territory Sales Manager – Ontario

Location: Ontario (Remote / Field-Based)

Position Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for growing and managing sales across Ontario.

This field-based role includes regular customer visits, relationship development with dealers, distributors, and contractors, and working closely with internal teams to support business growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within the Ontario territory.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Conduct customer visits and product support meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and customer service.
  • Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
