Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to resource for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice and outstanding service. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and sales will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our store’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right auto parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed product information, including features, compatibility, and usage instructions
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments
  • Maintain organized stock displays and ensure shelves are stocked with up-to-date inventory
  • Offer guidance on automotive repair tips, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Manage order fulfillment efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing items for customer pickup or delivery
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service
  • Assisting and providing relief in the auto service centre department as needed

Hours vary and include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Physical demands include standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day, lifting 25lbs unassisted, twisting and turning repeatedly throughout your shift, lifting above shoulder and lifting from floor to shoulder, lifting floor to waist, walking & carrying at the same time, pushing/pulling as required, walking up/down stairs and using a ladder while carrying light merchandise.
